1-year warranty applies according to our terms. The warranty covers manufacturing defects on parts such as the motor, battery and electronics. Wear parts such as tyres, brake pads and damage caused by incorrect use are normally not covered. For warranty cases, contact EcoDrift with your order number, photos/video and a clear description of the issue.

You have a 14-day open purchase according to our terms. The product must be returned unused, complete and preferably in its original packaging. Always contact EcoDrift before returning a product so we can provide the correct instructions and return handling.
