Are electric scooters legal to drive in Sweden?
Yes, all of our electric scooters meet the Swedish Transport Agency's requirements for electric vehicles without registration requirements - unless otherwise stated.
Do I need a driver's license to drive an electric scooter?
No, you do not need a driver's license to drive an electric scooter if it has a maximum speed of 20 km/h and a motor power of no more than 250W.
What is the difference between EcoDrift, KuKirin and iScooter?
EcoDrift is our own brand, adapted for the Nordic climate. KuKirin and iScooter are internationally recognized manufacturers of high quality electric scooters.
Can two people ride on an electric scooter?
No, most models are designed for one person. Driving with two people affects safety and may violate the law.
Are your electric scooters waterproof?
Our electric scooters are water-resistant according to IP rating, which means they can withstand rain – but should not be driven through deep puddles.
Battery & charging
How long is the range of an electric scooter?
The range varies from 20 to 70 km depending on model, weight, terrain and driving style.
How long does it take to charge the battery?
Charging time is between 4–9 hours depending on model and battery capacity.
Can I remove the battery and charge it separately?
Some models have a removable battery – this is stated on the product page.
How long does an electric scooter battery last?
Typically 2–4 years or 500–1000 charge cycles depending on care and use.
Delivery & shipping
How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time is normally 2–5 working days within Sweden and 3–7 days within the EU.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping applies to all orders over 699 SEK within Sweden.
For orders under 699 SEK, a shipping fee of 69 SEK will be added.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, as soon as your package is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
Payment & prices
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Klarna, Swish, card payments (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I pay for my purchase in installments?
Yes, through Klarna we offer installment payments and buy now - pay later.
Is VAT included in the prices?
Yes, all prices on the website include VAT (25%).
Returns & cancellation rights
How do I make a return?

How much does it cost to return a product?
The return fee is SEK 89 for accessories and SEK 699–2999 for electric scooters depending on weight.
How long do I have the right to withdraw my consent?
You have 14 days to return the item from the date you received it.
When will I get my money back on a return?
Refunds will be made within 2–5 business days after we approve the return.
Warranty & support
Do your products have a warranty?
Yes, all of our electric scooters and electric bikes have at least a 1-year warranty.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects on the frame, motor, battery and display – not damage from accidents or improper use.
Do you have spare parts?
Yes, we have spare parts in stock for most models we sell.

Are you allowed to drive an electric scooter on the road in Sweden?
Yes, if it meets the requirements for an electric bicycle. Read more on the Swedish Transport Agency's website.
Do I need insurance for the electric scooter?
We always recommend that you contact your insurance company for information about home insurance or vehicle insurance.
