Returns, Cancellations and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may:

Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation through your customer account or by contacting our customer service team.

If the order has already been shipped, the return and withdrawal policy will apply.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels included.

  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.

  • The product must be free from dirt, scratches, damage, and signs of wear.

Important Information for Electric Scooters and Electric Bikes

Products that have been used will not be accepted for return.

For electric scooters and electric bikes, this means that the product must not have been ridden outdoors or used beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

If the product shows signs of use, riding, wear, damage, or dirt, EcoDrift reserves the right to refuse the return.

Products that have been used outdoors, ridden on roads, bicycle paths, gravel roads, or any other terrain are considered used and are not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal.

Return Fees

Return fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Product Category – Return Fee

Accessories & Spare Parts:
SEK 89 (fixed fee)

Electric Scooters & Electric Bikes:
SEK 699–2999 depending on the product’s weight, size, and shipping costs.

You are responsible for ensuring that the returned product reaches us safely.

EcoDrift is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during return shipping.

How to Return Your Order

All returns must be registered and approved in advance.

Accessories and Spare Parts

  • Register your return through your customer account or contact support@ecodrift.se.

  • You will receive a return confirmation via email.

  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

Electric Scooters and Electric Bikes

  • Contact support@ecodrift.se or submit a return request through your customer account.

  • Provide your order number and specify which products you wish to return.

  • We will send you return instructions and information regarding the return fee.

  • The product must not be shipped back before the return has been approved.

Return Address

The return address will be provided once the return has been approved.

Never send a product back without first receiving return instructions from us.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product:

  • You will receive a confirmation email.

  • Refunds are normally processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Any applicable return fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account.

  • Contact your card issuer or payment provider.

  • Then contact support@ecodrift.se.

Warranty Claims

If you discover a defect or damage to your product, please:

  1. Document the issue with clear photos or videos.

  2. Send the documentation to support@ecodrift.se.

  3. Include your order number and, if applicable, the product serial number.

  4. Always keep the original packaging.

In the event of shipping damage, both the product and the packaging must be documented.

Never return a product without contacting us first.

Warranty Claim Period

Swedish consumer protection laws apply to product defects.

You have the right to submit a warranty claim within three (3) years from the date you received the product, provided that the defect is original and was present at the time of delivery.

If a defect becomes apparent within two (2) years from delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise.

In the event of an approved warranty claim, EcoDrift may, depending on the circumstances:

  • Repair the product

  • Provide replacement parts

  • Replace the product

  • Offer a price reduction

  • Issue a refund

in accordance with applicable legislation.
