The iX5S comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects on the motor, frame and electronics. The battery is covered by a 6-month warranty. You also have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Selling Act. If necessary, our support will help you quickly with repairs or spare parts.

Do you want to return the product? You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The scooter must then be unused, in its original packaging and in new condition. Contact us and we will send you instructions for the return. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
