The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from accidents or improper use
- Wear parts (tyres, brake pads, brake discs)
- Water damage beyond the IPX5 rating
- Modifications to the product

14-day right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the product, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition. Please contact us before returning.

How to return your order

No. The Q7 PRO MAX exceeds the legal limits for e-scooters in most European countries (typically 20–25 km/h, 250–500W). It is intended for private property and off-road use only. Check your local regulations before riding.

What range will I get in real-world conditions?
The advertised 90 km range is achieved under optimal conditions (flat surface, lightweight rider, eco mode). In real-world use, 50–70 km is more realistic depending on terrain, weight and riding style. Cold weather also reduces range.

Is the Q7 PRO MAX suitable for winter use?
The scooter has an IPX5 rating and handles rain and damp conditions, but cold weather below 0°C significantly reduces battery performance and range. We recommend indoor storage during winter and advise against riding on ice or snow.

How long does charging take?
With both included fast chargers connected simultaneously, full charge takes 4–5 hours. With a single charger, it takes around 8–10 hours.

How much does it weigh?
The Q7 PRO MAX weighs approximately 45 kg. It folds for storage and transport, but is not designed for daily carrying.

Can two people ride at once?
No. The scooter is designed for one (1) rider. The 200 kg max load is total weight including luggage.

Will I pay customs duties when ordering?
Customers within the EU pay no additional duties — VAT includes in the price at checkout. Customers in the UK, Norway, Switzerland and other non-EU countries may pay import VAT and customs duties on delivery.

How should I look after the battery?
Store the battery at room temperature, charge it to at least 50% if leaving it unused for long periods, and avoid full discharge. Always use the supplied chargers.

Yes. We stock all key spare parts (tyres, brake pads, battery, motor, display and more) in our BOYUEDA spare parts section.

The BOYUEDA Q7 PRO MAX does NOT meet the legal requirements for road-legal e-scooters in most European countries and may NOT be ridden on public roads, cycle paths, or pavements.

Typical EU e-scooter regulations require:
- Maximum 20–25 km/h
- Maximum 250–500W continuous motor power
- Type approval and registration in some countries

The Q7 PRO MAX exceeds all of these limits. Country-specific implications:

- Germany: No ABE (Allgemeine Betriebserlaubnis) – private property use only
- United Kingdom: E-scooters are illegal on public roads, pavements and cycle paths – private land only
- Norway: Classified as moped/light motorcycle – requires registration, insurance and licence
- Sweden: Classified as moped – not road-legal without registration
