We ship with tracked and insured transport through UPS, Schenker or DSV depending on product size and delivery address.

Warranty

When you buy KuKirin X1 from Ecodrift, a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects is included. The warranty covers faults related to production, materials or electronics that are not caused by normal wear, external damage, incorrect use or unauthorised modification.

- Does not cover normal wear on tyres, brakes, chargers or consumable parts
- Does not cover damage caused by water, accidents, modification or incorrect charging

For a warranty case, send your order number, a clear description of the issue and photos or video to our customer service. We will guide you through the next step as quickly as possible.

Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, according to Swedish distance selling rules.

- Contact Ecodrift within 14 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging
- The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed
- Do not return any product before receiving return instructions from us
