iScooter DX5 combines 16-inch wheels with electric drive and a 48 V 15.6 Ah battery. Front and rear suspension and hydraulic disc brakes complement the drive system.

Motor and battery

Maximum power is listed separately as 1500 W. Do not confuse this with the other power rating.

With a stated range of up to 72 km, you can compare the model's riding distance with your planned journeys. A charge takes approximately 6–8 hours. Hills, cold weather and repeated starts can reduce the distance per charge.

Wheels, comfort and brakes

With suspension at both wheels, the construction can absorb movement at the front and rear. This is relevant when comparing comfort equipment.

Braking equipment: hydraulic disc brakes and electronic brake. Hydraulics transfer force from the lever to the brake through fluid. The design of the braking system is therefore a relevant part of any model comparison. Get to know the brake response at a gentle pace, and adapt your speed to visibility and grip.
