Delivery and shipping

We ship with tracked and insured delivery.

- Tracking number is sent by email when the order has been processed
- Shipping partner may vary depending on product, warehouse and delivery address
- Delivery is handled by a suitable carrier such as UPS, Schenker, DSV or equivalent
- Customer service is happy to help if you have questions about delivery

Warranty

When you buy DYU Stroll 1 from EcoDrift, a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects is included.

The warranty covers faults caused by production or material defects. Normal wear parts such as tyres, brake pads and similar consumables are not covered by regular wear.

If you need warranty support, we help you with troubleshooting and the right next step.

Return information

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

- Contact EcoDrift within 14 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, charger, manual and all accessories must be included
- The product must be packed safely for return transport
- Refunds are processed after the return has been received and approved
