Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Selling Act.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused

  • Original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs


Return Fees

Accessories & Spare Parts 89 SEK (flat rate)
Electric Scooters & E-Bikes 699–2999 SEK

 

The return fee will automatically be deducted from the refund amount.

You are responsible for ensuring the return is delivered. We do not compensate for lost shipments.


How to Return Your Order

Accessories & Spare Parts

  1. Register your return via our [Returns Page] using your order number and email address

  2. You’ll receive a return confirmation by email

  3. Pack the items securely in the original packaging

  4. Choose a return method:

  • PostNord QR Code: You’ll receive a QR code by email to show at your local drop-off point

  • Shipping Label via Email: Print the label and hand in your package

Electric Scooters & E-Bikes

  1. Email us at support@ecodrift.se with the subject “Return of Electric Scooter/E-Bike”

  2. Specify the products you wish to return and include photos/videos showing they are unused

  3. We will reply within 24 hours with return conditions and return fee

  4. After you confirm, we’ll send full return instructions


Refunds

Once we receive and approve your return:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email

  • Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days via the original payment method

  • The return fee will be deducted from the amount

If you haven’t received your refund:


Claims (Product Defects or Damages)

If your product is faulty or damaged, please:

  1. Document the issue clearly with photos/videos

  2. Send to support@ecodrift.se with your order number and, if available, the serial number

  3. Always keep the original packaging

  4. For shipping damages – document both the product and the packaging

Do not send anything back without contacting us first.


Certificate of Conformity (CoC) & Responsibility

Some models include a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) – only if clearly stated on the product page.

  • We cannot guarantee that the document will be accepted by the Swedish Transport Agency or any other authority

  • Customers are responsible for checking local registration rules before purchase


Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed and paid, it cannot be canceled

  • However, the 14-day right of withdrawal still applies (customer pays return shipping – see fees above)

  • Please review your order carefully before completing your payment
