Return and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you received your order, in accordance with Distance Contracts Act .

To return a product, the following applies:

  • The product must be unused

  • Original packaging, labels and accessories must be intact.

  • You are responsible for yourself. return shipping

Return fees

Accessories & spare parts SEK 89 (fixed fee)
Electric scooters & electric bikes 699–2999 SEK

The return fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount. You are responsible for the return arriving – we do not compensate for lost shipments.

How to return your order

Accessories & Spare Parts

  1. Register return via our [returns page] with your order number and email address.

  2. You get one return confirmation via email.

  3. Pack the goods securely in the original packaging.

  4. Choose delivery method:

    • PostNord QR code: You will receive a code via email that you show to the agent.

    • Shipping note via email: You print it yourself and submit the package.

Electric Scooters & Electric Bikes

  1. Email to support@ecodrift.se with the topic “Return of electric scooter/electric bicycle”.

  2. Please indicate which products you want to return and attach pictures/video showing that they are unused.

  3. We will get back to you within 24 hours with exact return conditions and return fee.

  4. Once you have approved this, we will send you return instructions.


Refund

Once we have received and approved your return:

  • You will receive a confirmation email.

  • Refund will be made within 2–5 business days via the same payment method

  • The return fee will be deducted from the amount

If you haven't received a refund:

  • Check your account

  • Contact card issuer

  • Contact us if the problem persists: support@ecodrift.se


Complaint

If you discover any errors or damage, please do the following:

  • Document clearly with pictures/video

  • Send to support@ecodrift.se together with order number and possibly serial number

  • Always save the original packaging

  • In case of transport damage – document both product and packaging

Do not return anything without contacting us first.


Document of Registration (CoC) & Liability

Some models are supplied with a CoC (Certificate of Conformity), only if it says so on the product page .

  • We can not guarantee approval of the document by the Swedish Transport Agency or other authority

  • Customer is responsible for any registration - check rules before purchase


Order cancellation

  • A placed and paid order cannot be cancelled

  • However, the following applies: 14-day right of withdrawal , where return shipping is paid by the customer (see fees above)

  • Therefore, please review your order carefully before paying.
