Shipping & Delivery – How to ship your electric scooter or electric bike with EcoDrift

Shipping costs

  • Free shipping on all products throughout Scandinavia and the rest of Europe - no extra fees!

  • Fast and safe delivery directly to your home.


Delivery times

We always do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on the product type:

  • Accessories and spare parts: 3–11 business days

  • Electric scooters and electric bicycles: 5–10 business days

  • Special orders (e.g. unusual spare parts): up to 20 working days


Delivery Method & Tracking

We send our packages with PostNord, DHL, UPS, Schenker or FedEx .
Shipping companies are automatically selected based on the product's weight, size, and your shipping address to provide you with the fastest possible delivery.

You can track your order with your tracking number or order number , as well as the email address or phone number you specified at the time of purchase.


Handover to agent

If your package is delivered to a representative, you will receive a notification via text message or email when it is ready to be picked up.
When picking up you need to show a valid identification or use BankID (if available).


Home delivery & Mailbox

  • Larger products , such as electric scooters and electric bicycles, are delivered free of charge directly to your door .
    You are responsible for being available at the specified address during the booked delivery time. The shipping company will contact you to book an appointment.

  • Would you rather collect via an agent? Contact the shipping company directly to change the delivery method.

  • Smaller shipments that are sent with PostNord can be placed in the mailbox. If the package does not fit, it will be delivered to your door or hung in a protective bag.


Order confirmation

Once you have completed your order, you will be sent a automatic order confirmation to your specified email address.
We send not with any physical delivery note , as part of our sustainability work.

Check that the order confirmation is correct – if something is wrong, contact us immediately .


Transport damage

If your package is damaged upon delivery, contact us as soon as possible and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

  • Always save both product and packaging in the condition you received them.

  • Please note that extra tape or reinforcement on the packaging may occur according to the shipping companies' procedures to protect the shipment.


Delivery delays

In case of delays, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimate for delivery.


Unclaimed packages

If you do not collect your package within the specified time, a fee of between SEK 299 and SEK 2,499 , depending on the size and weight of the package.

The fee covers shipping, return handling and administrative costs. Avoid this by picking up your package on time.
