Prices, currency and fees

All prices on Ecodrift are listed in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include VAT where applicable. Any shipping and packaging costs are clearly displayed at checkout and in the order summary before completing the purchase.

If prices at checkout are shown in a different currency (e.g. NOK), this is due to automatic currency conversion based on your location, browser settings or the payment provider's exchange rate. The final amount charged is always shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

 

Payment and time of debit (prepayment)

Ecodrift applies prepayment for private customers. This means that payment must be made when you complete the purchase at the checkout. The order is processed and the item is only shipped after payment has been received, or registered as made by the selected payment service.

When paying by card, the amount may in some cases first be reserved (authorized) and then debited in connection with the purchase, according to the card issuer's and payment provider's procedures. You always see the final amount and payment terms at checkout before you complete the purchase.

 

Corporate customers – payment via invoice (after approved credit check)

For corporate customers, Ecodrift may in some cases offer payment against invoice. This only applies after an approved credit check and written approval from us or our payment service provider. If the invoice is approved, the goods can be shipped as agreed. If the credit check is not approved, advance payment applies according to the terms above.

The invoice option does not apply to private individuals and may be limited or denied without us having to provide a reason.

§ 1. Introduction

These Terms of Use apply to the website www.ecodrift.se operated by Ecodrift Sweden AB (Company Registration No. 559539-2076), with the address Furugatan 21, 213 63 Malmö, Sweden. By using the website, you accept these terms and enter into a legally binding agreement with Ecodrift Sweden AB. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use our services.

If you have a customer account and wish to close it, please contact us at support@ecodrift.se. We will process your request within 14 days of receipt.

Ecodrift Sweden AB reserves the right to update these terms. Changes will be announced on the website at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after an update means that you accept the new terms.

§ 2. Purpose

The website www.ecodrift.se is an e-commerce platform for the sale of electric vehicles, spare parts, and accessories within Sweden and the rest of Europe.

§ 3. Ownership of the Website

The website is owned and operated by Ecodrift Sweden AB. All content (text, graphics, images, logos, code, etc.) belongs to the company or its licensors and is protected by Swedish and international copyright laws.

It is prohibited to copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

§ 4. Terms of Use

As a user, you agree to comply with applicable laws and these terms. You may not:

• Send spam or unsolicited email

• Impersonate or claim to represent Ecodrift

• Manipulate content or bypass security measures

• Publish illegal, offensive, or obscene material

• Collect or misuse other users’ information

In case of violations, the company has the right to suspend or terminate your access.

§ 5. Intellectual Property

All materials belong to Ecodrift Sweden AB or its partners and may not be used without explicit permission.

We accept payment via:

All prices include VAT. Return shipping costs may apply.

Swedish law applies. Disputes shall be settled by the Malmö District Court.

§ 12. Right of Withdrawal

Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from delivery.
