How long is the warranty on your electric scooters?

All our electric scooters come with a 12-month warranty. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects related to the motor, battery, electronics, and frame. Wear-and-tear items such as tires, brakes, and lights are not included.

Do you offer service and repairs?

At the moment, we do not offer service or repair services, but it is something we plan to provide in the future. We understand the demand and are actively working to find the right partners to offer safe and convenient service options for our customers. In the meantime, we offer spare parts and support for basic troubleshooting.

How do electric vehicles perform in winter conditions?

Electric vehicles can be used during winter, but we recommend extra caution. Cold temperatures may affect the battery's capacity, and we advise against riding in deep snow or icy conditions. For best results:

  • Charge the battery at room temperature

  • Store the scooter in a dry place

  • Wipe it down after each use to protect the electrical components

How long is the delivery time?

Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days within Sweden. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually shipped the same day.

Do you ship across Europe?

Yes, we deliver to all of Europe, including rural areas and islands. We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure fast and secure delivery.

What should I do if my package is damaged?

If your package is damaged upon delivery, please take photos immediately and contact our customer service within 24 hours. We’ll help you file a claim with the shipping provider and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Klarna, credit card payments (Visa/Mastercard), and direct bank transfer. You can easily choose the option that suits you best at checkout.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes! Through Klarna, you can choose to pay in monthly installments or pay later. All available options will be shown at checkout.

What’s the difference between a 500W and a 1000W motor?

Do I need to wear a helmet?

Yes, under Swedish law, wearing a helmet is mandatory for children under 15. For adults, it is strongly recommended for safety, even though it’s not legally required.

How do I charge the electric scooter?

Simply connect the charger to a standard wall outlet and to the scooter’s charging port. Charging time varies between 4–8 hours depending on the model.

How far can I ride on a single charge?

The range varies between 30–80 km, depending on the battery capacity, rider weight, terrain, and riding style.

Do I need to pedal myself?

Yes, electric bikes are pedal-assisted. The motor supports you while pedaling, making cycling easier—especially uphill or against the wind.

Can I replace the battery myself?

Yes, most batteries are removable and easy to replace. This also makes it convenient to bring the battery indoors for charging.
