Shipping costs

Free shipping applies to all orders over 699 SEK within Sweden.
For orders under 699 SEK, a shipping fee of 69 SEK will be added.

Delivery times

We always do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery times per product category:

  • Electric scooters and electric bicycles: 5–10 business days
  • Special orders (e.g. certain spare parts): up to 20 working days

Delivery method and tracking

We ship our packages with PostNord, DHL, UPS, Schenker or FedEx.
The shipping company is automatically selected based on the product's weight, size and your delivery address - all to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

You can track your shipment using your tracking number or order number, along with the email address or phone number you provided when placing your order.

Handover to agent

If the package is delivered to a representative, you will receive a notification via text message or email when it is ready for collection.
You must be able to identify yourself with valid identification or, if available, with BankID when picking up.

Home delivery and mailbox

Larger products such as electric scooters and electric bicycles are delivered free of charge directly to your door.
You are responsible for being available at the specified address during the booked delivery time. The shipping company will contact you in advance to book a time.

If you would rather collect the package via a representative instead of receiving it at home, you can contact the relevant shipping company to change the delivery method.

For smaller shipments sent with PostNord, the following applies: if the package does not fit in the mailbox, it will be placed at your door or hung in a protective bag on the mailbox.

Order confirmation

As soon as we have received your order, an order confirmation will be automatically sent to the email address you provided.
We do not send a physical delivery note - this is part of our sustainability work.
Please check that the confirmation is correct. If something is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible.

Transport damage

If your shipment is damaged upon delivery, contact us as soon as possible and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
Always keep both the product and the packaging in the condition you received them.
Please note that there may be extra tape on the packaging, in accordance with the shipping companies' recommendations to protect the package during transport.

Delivery delays

In the event of any delay in delivery, we will inform you as soon as we become aware of the delay and provide you with an updated delivery time.

Unclaimed packages

If a package is not picked up within the specified time, a fee between SEK 299 and SEK 2,499 will be charged depending on the size and weight of the package.
This fee covers handling costs and return shipping. Avoid this by picking up your package on time.

Warranty & Right of Withdrawal

You always have 14 days of free purchase from the day you receive the product.

We also offer a 1-year warranty on all our products, which covers manufacturing defects or technical problems that occur during normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or wear and tear.

In the event of a complaint or return, we will help you quickly - contact our support and we will arrange a return form.

Electric scooter – What applies?
An electric scooter is considered a bicycle if it has a maximum speed of 20 km/h and a motor with a nominal (continuous) power of no more than 250 watts. It is permissible for the motor to temporarily deliver higher power – up to, for example, 1000 watts – as long as the nominal power does not exceed the 250 watts limit.

However, if the electric scooter goes faster than 20 km/h or has a motor more powerful than 250 watts in nominal power, it is instead classified as a moped. There are two moped classes to be aware of:

Applies to electric scooters with a maximum speed of up to 25 km/h. Requires a driver's license and helmet use is mandatory.

Applies to vehicles that can exceed 40 km/h or have an engine power of over 250 watts. Requires AM driving license, registration with the Swedish Transport Agency and use of an approved helmet.

If the vehicle does not meet the requirements for a bicycle or any of the moped classes, it may not be used on public roads.

An electric bicycle is considered a bicycle if it meets the following conditions:

If the electric bicycle does not meet these requirements, it is considered a moped, which means requirements for registration, a driver's license and insurance.

We always recommend using a helmet when riding – especially for children and young people under 15 years of age – even though it is not always a legal requirement.
